In January of 1990 Bev Bording and his partners opened B&T Line Equipment Testers Ltd. at its East Wellington location. The business remained there for twenty four years and two years ago it moved to its newer and bigger location at Duke Point in Nanaimo.
B&T is a high voltage testing facility. Our specialty is servicing linesman equipment – hot sticks, rubber goods, gloves, grounds, live line jumpers, jibs, hoists, hydraulic presses etc. We also offer mobile boom testing and field testing of hot sticks when scheduled in advance.
B&T remains a family run business and we look forward to servicing our customers’ needs in the future.
